The Community Building Program aims to nurture and connect the quantum community in Catalonia. Through workshops and events, schools, student group support, and the CQA flagship event, this program creates spaces for the quantum community to meet, learn, and grow together, both locally and internationally.

The Quantum Community Development Program brings together and connects the different stakeholders of Catalonia’s quantum ecosystem. Through schools, workshops, events, student initiatives, and community activities, the program fosters knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the development of a strong and engaged quantum community.

CQA Flagship Event

The CQA Flagship Event is CQA’s annual quantum event, bringing together students, researchers, professionals, and partners to foster collaboration and strengthen Catalonia’s quantum ecosystem through talks, workshops, and networking.

Supports quantum science schools, hands-on quantum workshops, and events with a strong educational focus for undergraduate, master's, and PhD students. Events may be organised by CQA directly or co-organised with member institutions across Catalonia.

Diversity in Quantum

The EDI Program promotes representation and inclusion in Quantum Science and Technology (QST), fosters community and awareness of diversity, and enhances the retention of women and minority groups in QST careers.

Ambassadors’ Program (UB led)

The Quantum Ambassadors Project brings quantum physics education to secondary schools in Catalonia. It provides teachers with training, resources, certification, and support for student research.

Short Courses
